My name is Joseph. My passion for fitness started when I was about 15 years old. On the path to obesity with a sedentary lifestyle, I became involved in sports. I was always determined to work harder than most because nothing came natural to me. When I decided to enlist in the military at 20 years old I had to train intensely due to my job title. All my hard work & dedication paid off. I was in great shape and would always get asked questions from people in my unit about what kind of exercises I did. That turned into me helping others and leading fitness programs. I have not looked back since. 20 years later!
