My name is Joseph. My passion for fitness started when I was about 15 years old. On the path to obesity with a sedentary lifestyle, I became involved in sports. I was always determined to work harder than most because nothing came natural to me. When I decided to enlist in the military at 20 years old I had to train intensely due to my job title. All my hard work & dedication paid off. I was in great shape and would always get asked questions from people in my unit about what kind of exercises I did. That turned into me helping others and leading fitness programs. I have not looked back since. 20 years later! My passion to help others has made me strive to remain active in the fitness community and learn the best methods for programming for long term fitness goals, health, & wellness.
